Personal:

I live on a farm near Hewitt with my farmer husband, Dale.  We have three grown children, Nathan, Robyn, and Kyle. We have a Border Collie named Tucker.

I love to read, as evidenced by my library and Kindle.  I enjoy discussing what I have read, and am always open to good book recommendations.  I also love to listen to audio books. I belong to a book club and we meet monthly. My favorite authors are J.K. Rowling, Roland Smith, Chris Van Allsburg, and Jess Lourey.

I also enjoy gardening, biking, and walking.  I spend much of my summer weeding and tending my garden.  I have been caching food for the winter like a busy squirrel.  My jars and freezer are full of vegetables!  I try to find time every day for a walk or bike ride. Much time was spent this summer throwing a frisbee for Tucker to catch.

I also enjoy sewing, knitting, and crocheting.
